Brian
Beasley began
his career with the Saunders companies (Coldwell
Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate and Saunders
Property Management, LLC) in 2005
and contributes to the management and real
estate brokerage of citrus groves, agricultural
crop, timberland, commercial property, and
natural areas in Central and South Florida.
He currently oversees 27,000 acres of citrus,
cattle, sod, native land, and timber. Approximately
one half of the managed acres are transition
land acreage for development.
Highly
qualified through experience and accreditation
for land management activities, Beasley holds
certificates in Natural Areas Management (CNLM),
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA),
and is a Certified
Burner, Florida Division of Forestry.
Beasley
grew up in a citrus farming environment in Central
Florida and has lived in the area for over 25
years and earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Fruit Crops from the University of Florida.
For 11 years, Beasley served as Executive Manager
and Regional Vice President for Capital Agricultural
Property Services, Inc. (CAPS). CAPS provides
nationwide farm management and real estate brokerage
services to individuals, corporate clients, and
institutional investors. In addition to regional
operations, Beasley managed and brokered real
estate for citrus groves and cropland in the
Southeast Regions (Florida and Georgia). For
a decade, Beasley managed approximately 42,000
acres of citrus, row crops, timber, native land,
and transition land in both Florida and Georgia,
for The Prudential Insurance Company of America,
Capital Agricultural Property Services, Inc/
Experienced in Florida citrus production, administration,
and management for 15 years with Coca-Cola Foods/Minute
Maid, Beasley served as the state production
manager where he managed all aspects of citrus
production, citrus nursery operations, and harvesting.
Beasley
is a member of the Citrus Production Managers
Association, Florida State Horticultural Society,
Alpha Gamma Rho professional agricultural fraternity,
and Alpha Zeta agricultural scholastic organization.
